As I was travelling overseas at the time, I am unable to give an assessment on Mark's performance. All I know is that he rang my daughter wanting a price reduction and was refused, as he had recommended the asking price to me. My bottom line price was not achieved . as well as some furniture being included in the sale without my o.k. However, I am pleased to be able to move on with my life now that my unit is sold. As for showing me places for sale , the first, we stopped outside the premises but were unable to inspect the unit concerned, the second, we didn't inspect either, we saw a similar unit at the opposite end of the building, and the third unit was a single bedroom minute unit not at all suitable. Therefore you can see why I haven't done a recommendation.
