We first met Mark when we rented a house from him in Annandale, and then engaged him to manage a Unit I owned in Crows Nest and then ultimately to sell that unit. Great Sales result, way above expectations, but that actually isn't the important bit. I have NEVER had any doubts about the honesty and truth of Marks statements to me or tenants or prospective buyers. He calls it like it is and calls it early. No hesitation, best Real Estate agent we've dealt with, full-stop.

In addition, the property sold to a buyer whom he had opened especially for. Without that viewing, it may have been a different outcome. I fully recommend Mark and I would sell with him over any agent, even if they offered a lower commission. The .5% would be negligible compared to the service and results Mark provides.
