Mark was responsive in meeting with me months before I was ready to prepare my place for sale. He set me up with excellent trades to help get my unit ready for sale and was only ever a phone call away if I needed advice or assistance. We worked very collaboratively and he was willing to take my perspective on board when it came to the presentation and sale of my home. We presented it in a way that gave a point of difference to other similar units in the area and it really worked! The sales campaign was fantastic with eye-catching brochures and a great social media campaign. The photos of the unit were stunning and the whole presentation really assisted in ensuring my unit looked the best it could for sale. I was very impressed on how hard Mark worked to drum up interest in my unit and gave me great advice about the relative merits of selling before or at auction. I chose to go to auction based upon his advice and as a result my unit set a record for my building with at least 10 registered bidders.
