Our choice of agent was based on our experience with Mark selling our home in Avalon. We did consider the agent who sold us the home but felt we could trust Mark. He has been doing sales for 40 years and doesn't need to sell himself - he has a track record and confidence in his ability. Even though we missed the opportunity to sell in December 2021 and perhaps could have secured a sale for the eventual price we achieved in February 2022 or maybe a bit more we will never know. Maybe Mark could've kept the higher offer we accepted from the next two until we were certain of the sale but ces't la vie. We feel the market for 2022 has peaked and not much upside so relived to sell. In addition, the timing of buying a home seems to have worked out well. We would use Mark again and have referred him to clients of my business when looking to sell. Trust is always key. Mark was also a sound board for our purchasing a new home and showed genuine interest.

Mark took all the stress and worry out of selling a property. He is very professional and achieved the result I required in a short timeframe.

I wasn't really interested in selling until Mark sold a unit next door to virtually establish a new benchmark value for similar units. That sale generated enough interest to sell my unit within 2 weeks with no new marketing/ open houses, etc.. A great result.
