I recently purchased a property that Mark had listed in Seaforth. As a buyer, i've had some really bad experiences dealing with sales agents when buying property in the past however, Mark goes against this trend - he was very pleasant to deal with, treated us with respect and responded quickly and communicated well through the sales process. Once we exchanged, Mark was very accommodating of us - he facilitated access for trades to give us quotes for repairs prior to settlement. He even left us a bottle of champagne on settlement which was a nice touch.
