Mark, Sold our property twice the initial sale failed only because the prospective buyers had two large dogs and unfortunately the neighbour on the community title was pig headed and only could not see that people are not prepared to put down their animals to obtain a new property. However the second purchaser had a small dog which met the outdated restrictive conditions of the community title and Mark negotiated the sale to the alternative purchaser
