Mark was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Any concerns or questions he would always get back to us straight away and made us feel like priority one. Mark even waited when we were nearly 30 minutes late for our final inspection and when we finally got there he told us just to take our time there is no rush (even though we knew he had to be other places).
