Gracious and friendly

Mark was very gracious and open. We did unfortunately got the wrong info about school zones, thinking we are in Seaforth and North Balgowlah catchment , but it turned out not. This is an area to improve on when quoted in marketing flyers. Mark let us meet the owner and we where able to negotiate possible dates for mice directly. The ex owner did nut re-direct jus post and we are still receiving post. It might be good for an agent to have re-direction of post as a service as it is very annoying for new owners. Mark also leg us make up our own mind with no pressure. I really liked thus approach as I felt more comfortable that it was not forced at all. Overall Zmatk was a great guy to deal with some recommendations on approving the overall service for future buyers.
