After surveying the local agent market prior to deciding through whom to sell our Mt Lawley home, we settled on Mark and Brian from Harcourts. Our choice and faith was repaid in spades. From drawing up the initial paperwork, realistic and open discussion as to our properties value and the best selling strategy, to photography and marketing, these guys hit every milestone and made our lives as sellers easy. We felt empowered throughout to make our own decisions, but always given comprehensive advice and their own recommendations as experienced agents. This is exactly what we wanted. Despite the market being a challenge, because of Mark and Brian's guidance and approach, we sold our property at a price we were happy with prior to the first official home open and never looked back. Ours is a very blessed story, and this wont always be the case, but I doubt we would have secured such an outcome if it weren't for Mark and Brian.
