Personable and Professional

When we met Mark he was acting for the seller of a property we ended up purchasing, so we were not his client. However, he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale process - always personable and responsive. He gave us a lot of time and when he said he would revert, he did! He manages to sound authoritative while generally avoiding the hubris of many of his fellow agents. Difficult not to like that.
