what does a real estate agent do for the buyer? it's fair to say they do a fair bit of behind the scenes work for the seller and Mark is a friendly and very amicable guy but houses sell themselves.let's be honest...a salesman might convince you to buy a tv or laptop you were a bit hesitant about purchasing but only a regard would be "sold" on buying a HOUSE they weren't already 100% committed too. you can talk someone into spending $500 but not $500000.lets be honest,houses sell themselves and the agent just screws the seller!
