Very helpful, professional and amiable

Mark was extremely helpful and professional. He sought information we requested from the vendor so that we could decide upon our offer and handled negotiations professionally. He was always friendly and genuine. When there was an unexpected and very late problem with settlement, Mark helped to resolve the situation, in the rain, on a Friday evening, which we will be forever grateful for. We're not planning to sell or buy any more real estate, but were delighted to work with Mark.
