Selling through Jas Stephens was definitely a thrill

Mark Hutcheson is a wonderful asset to Jas Stephens. He is personable and courteous and took the time to establish a connection with me at our first meeting. He gave me good advice regarding the selling of my unit and how to present it. The sales plan he gave me was most professional; it provided a timeline of events leading up to the auction, that outlined what was going to occur and when and what was expected from me. The process involved minimum disruption to me and Mark kept me informed throughout the whole process. My unit sold prior to auction and I was delighted with the outcome which exceeded my expectations in both price and the time it took to sell. I was very satisfied with the entire experience of selling my unit through Jas Stephens and would highly recommend them and in particular Mark Hutcheson for making what can be a very stressful process an enjoyable one.
