There is the old saying "pay peanuts and you get monkeys", well that rings true about Real Estate Agents in my eyes anyway. If you think you will shop around and get the cheapest rates for an agent, well the only one who is going to lose is really you. My experience with Mark Jackson and the Belle Property Team at Neutral Bay was exceptional. My wife and I had already decided when you are selling such a substantial asset such as your primary residence, you best get the real professionals in even though they may cost a little bit more. The payback for yourself is significant and be guided by what they suggest as the owner's eye is always biased. The reality when you see them work, the whole team is really working hard to benefit you. My wife and I had already moved out of our residence in North Sydney to Canberra, so to do little tidy up maintenance jobs was a logistical nightmare. The Belle Team swung into action and provided advice about carpet layers, organised trusted trades to do the tidy up work. The styling completed on our home was absolutely amazing. We did not even recognise our own property, the styling and photography was stunning. We were pre-warned by the Belle provided cleaner, that as we had the stylist services coming, they will make it look like a trophy, he wasn't wrong. The combination of all of these service and planning culminated in generating huge amounts of foot traffic to our property. The first opening day was 142 people represented by 65 groups, this high foot traffic was maintained for the second week. Prior to the third opening Saturday we had a great offer and sold prior to auction. Sure Belle get paid well but you are getting a far greater return for the small investment you make in their services.
