We were so unbelievably happy with the way that both Mark Jensen and the seller were so patient with us. In the present changing financial situation and the tightening of the banks loaning criteria, after a long process and using a second broker, we managed to secure the funds to afford the property which will soon be our happy home. Thanks again for everything. Mark Jensen definitely went above and beyond in the way he helped us and also the understanding given in the changing markets.
