Mark Jewel is a champion!!! Nothing is ever too hard, he will always go the extra yard for you. I live 400km away from the listed property and most times was difficult or impossible to attend to issues in person, I always knew I could rely on ''My Man'' to get stuff done and be there for me. This property sale process was no different.. He was there for me, chipping away come hell or high water, home opens, after hours, keeping me up to date with the current status and plenty of reassurance. As first home buyers, we had a LOT of questions, and we had the unique situation of not being able to leave our dog where we were staying. Mark not only opened up the house multiple times for us to view but accommodated our dog coming with us and allowed him to sneak into the shady areas on the 40 degree summer days with absolutely no questions asked. Mark also was happy to meet us at a pub so we could bring our dog to enable us to sign the paperwork in a dog-friendly location (even holding him for us when we went inside). Throughout the process (no matter how many questions we had), Mark always responded within a matter of minutes, and was reassuring and provided his guidance and expertise at all times - nothing was too hard (he even offered "adulting" advice like what to do when a fuse blows!). Huge thanks to Mark for everything he did for us and our dog throughout the whole process. He was very open to offer advice and assistance and put up with a million silly questions from us. Couldn't recommend Mark higher - and will definitely contact Mark in the future if we need an agent for renting or selling.

I chose Mark because he particularly knows the Inglewood and surrounding areas well, and that was important to me because of my financial situation and the fact that the Perth property market is going through tough times (2018), especially for sellers with villas and other strata dwellings. I needed a reasonably quick sale with a tenanted villa, knowing it would make a loss. I needed to keep that loss to a minimum. Mark understood my situation, and worked with me to keep advertising costs within expectation, keep the tenants informed and comfortable, and arrange a variety of home-opens to maximise market exposure. In the end it took longer to sell than either of us would have liked - but that was a reflection of weak market conditions, not a reflection on Mark's diligence and persistence. Despite pressure from competitor agents who lobbied me to switch over to them (and drop my asking price by a further $30k), I stuck with Mark because I trusted in his judgement and expertise. In the end, Mark was able to find me a *cash* buyer (which is pure gold in this market), and only $10k under my asking price. And settlement was arranged so that the tenants were paid up to the final hand-over week, saving me any lost income from rent. It was an ideal outcome under the circumstances and a great relief. A very professional result.
