At short notice, he went out of his way to show us the place at the time where the house wasn’t open for inspection. He was interested in the house and highlighted the extensions done in the house. During the auction, he achieved high price without being pushy. After the sale, he was very cooperative and accommodating in providing access to all our tradies.
