Given current hot property market conditions, Mark had told me of a few properties likely to come onto the market. This enabled me to prepare my finances in advance and do some further research on the proposed property's location. Mark was very helpful in leading me through the process of purchase from beginning to end and an excellent communicator, enabling me to secure the property in the end, having missed a number of properties previously! Due to high demand there were 10 offers on the home and I was asked to put in my "best offer". Mark advise was helpful and I secured the property! I have only one problem with this which is not a reflection of Mark but rather of the purchase process, whereby I had to submit my final offer "blind" ie without any knowledge of other offers. This means that I still don't know if I paid too much for the property as I don't know what the competing offers were! I find this problematic as there is no means of measuring competing bids and I think this process should be disallowed! However, this has nothing to do with Marks professionalism per se but more a reflection of the booming market conditions! I am very appreciative of all of Mark's assistance!
