Mark is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. His market knowledge is second to none. One of our properties was one that, due to a certain features would only appeal to a smaller range of people and Mark sold it for us in a matter of weeks for a price that exceeded our expectations. Mark is an incredible negotiator. He seems to be available to discuss our sale with buyers until late in the evening. He never seemed to stop working for us. I feel that is why he got us such a phenomenal result on both properties. Mark told us he has lived on the Central Coast his whole life and it truly shows in his area and market knowledge. Rarely was there a question he couldn’t answer for a buyer but if there was one he knew how to get an answer fast.
