My Experience with Mark was fantastic!! When looking at properties your dealing with different types of agents, which you get a mixed bag of personalities. With Mark, he made our experience personal, which gave us the confidence in purchasing the home.
My wife and I very much appreciate Mark's wealth of knowledge of Caulfield/Elsternwick (he grew up in the area) and professionalism. Mark offered pragmatic advice on how to best present our apartment as well as how to structure the campaign for greatest effect. I know selling an apartment never draws as much interest as units or houses, but we were pleasantly surprised by the solid number of parties that Mark managed to attract and engage with. We also appreciated the regular updates after each inspection. But in the end, it's the result that counts - and despite a similar apartment next door to us that recently sold for significantly less than we would accept, Mark was able to negotiate a price prior to auction that we were happy with and actually relieved to get. We couldn't ask for more from Mark, he really delivered and we are so grateful for his and his assistant Gabby's efforts.
Mark has a wonderful nature and dealing with him has been an all-round pleasant experience. As nice as he is, he is a shark when negotiating for you!
