We were sold an apartment by Mark early 2023. Since the day of that auction he has been of ongoing assistance in quickly answering our questions and offering reassurance regarding our anxieties. This generous and kindly help has been greatly appreciated. Maree and Walter.
Real Estate Agent Joe Eason was excellent. Really nice guy, helpful, answered my questions clearly and timely, I couldn’t find a fault from the first inspection to purchase
Mark was as always extremely responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. The sale price was within our expectations and the negotiations with the purchaser were professionally managed.
Mark is very professional in the way he does his business. He has in-depth knowledge of the property market, and with the properties he sells he goes the extra mile in seeking details on them - just what the buyers are requiring. Mark is also a very affable and devotes time to the necessary processes for both the vendor and buyer.
I found Mark very personable and he got back to me with answers to extra questions that I had sent to him. He kept me in the loop.
We initially met Mark Konishi when you bought our property in 2021. Our purchase was made during a lockdown and Mark made every part of the process smooth and easy. There was no doubt in our minds that, post our renovations, Mark would be the agent to sell the property once again for us. Every property owner knows what they would 'like' to sell their property for, but that is not always realistic. Mark was very gentle in making us understand the value of our property and what would be a realistic figure. Needless to say, with interest rates ever increasing and property prices plummeting, Mark was able to secure a figure that well and truly exceeded our expectations! On top of that, it was done with little and no disruption to our lives and just shy of 2.5 weeks. We highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell a property! Mark is genuine, sincere, and just a great guy! We will definitely be in touch, when we buy and sell again. Thank you, Mark.
We have purchased a property through Mark in the past and now have experienced working with him as a seller. While our apartment was on the market, he was very efficient, friendly, great at communication and professional at all times, even when we were at the height of stress while trying to buy and sell at the same time. He has excellent knowledge of the geographical area, gave us great advice and as a result, the outcome was selling our apartment in record time at an excellent price! Mark exceeded our expectations in every way and lives up to his reputation.
Mark has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process; from inspections to auction and now settlement, the daunting task of purchasing my first property has run smoothly thanks to Mark's communication and professionalism.
Very professional, offering good advice throughout the process.
I found the experience of selling my apartment using Belle Property South Yarra through Mark Konishi to be a throughly professional and focussed experience to achieve a very positive outcome for me as the Vendor. Also pleasingly, Mark was able to find a suitable buyer which quickly closed out the selling process sooner than I expected. I am very happy with the outcome and recommend Mark as an excellent and enthusiastic real estate agent that can be trusted to work in the best interests of any future Vendor wanting to us use Belle Property South Yarra as their selling agent.
Professional pleasant experience from go to wsettlement.
