Mark and Tyson did a fantastic job selling my 2 bedroom apartment. Sales interest was created before the auction date, and a private sale ensued after a three way bidding war. I believe the team achieved the best sale price with the lowest risk before auction. I used a few contractors via Belle to spruce up the property before sale, the contractors were largely punctual and the styling service did a great job for the publicity photos. All in all a great selling experience.
