Excellent service with an outstanding result

Mark and Emily's communication throughout the campaign was excellent, Mark made sure to contact me after each inspection and update me on the feedback being received from the market. I was unsure of the potential outcome given we went into covid stage 3 lock downs halfway through the campaign and ultimately moved from a live auction to an online auction. Mark committed significant time to undertaking one-on-one inspections. I was nervous with the online auction platform, however it was very user friendly and the team ensured all bidders understood how to use the platform. The and the actual auction was a smooth process, which Mark managed to remain engaging and create a competitive auction.
