Mark has done a very good job toward the sale of my house. He offered me good suggestions also on cleaning up and on minor repirs of my house to make it more presentable to the prospective buyers. The house was sold on the very first day of open house at a price which was competitive.

I personally don't like dealing with sales type people. Lots of them feel like they are trying to talk you into buying something you don't want or paying more than you should. Mark wasn't one of these sales people. He wasn't the cheapest agent that I had quote for my house, I don't know if he was the agent that would have sold my house for the most, but he was definitely the agent I felt most comfortable with. He was very good at communicating the process and when there was any progress. I'm glad I use Mark Lands as my agent and would probably use him again.
