I researched the Real Estate sites to find the "mover and shaker" of properties in the Pooraka area, Land Real Estate was the standout Agency by far. From day one Mark was on the ball with his appraisal of the property, offering suggestions that would assist in obtaining the best possible price. Mark also provided the leads to tradespeople that could undertake all aspects of the small "makeover" that he had suggested. Within 10 days or so the property was listed on the market, several offers were obtained at the first "home open" with a contract signed within days.
