We are very happy to have purchased our apartment. A few disappointments re air conditioning being broken and on its last legs and general condition of property when its bare bones where revealed, but we will get over that. Its only money after all? We look forward to spending 3 months a year hear to relax and get out of Adelaides winter. Again happy with the purchase.
