Ours was not an easy sale for Mark with a number adversites at the outset. He obtained an above market price for a neighbour's place and learning we were possibly selling kept in touch, in a "soft" manner, until he secured our listing almost a year after our initial meeting. Nobody gave us the advice and quidence that Mark provided to ensure our property obtained its maximum exposure to achieve an exceptional result. This is the 15th property I've sold, mainly using a different agent each time. From now on there is only one Agent I'll ever use again. .
As newcomers to the Sunshine Coast we aspired to fostering good communication, trust and rapport with our agent in the knowledge that we were genuine cash buyers. In our experience many local agents do not have to work that hard as they have the luxury of the homes, and area, selling themselves. Mark is not such an agent. He answered our questions, listened to our concerns and provided all relevant information on the home(s) we looked at. In fact, he was one of the few agents who followed up inspections with curtesy calls. When we decided on a purchase with him he was honest, professional and informative as the Queensland purchasing agreements were unfamiliar to us. Nothing we have asked of him has been too much trouble and we would not hesitate to recommend him to other buyer or purchase real estate of him again.
