I found Mark's knowledge of the market exceptional. This was challenging as the gap between deciding to sell and marketing the property (in my case - six months) the landscape was changing continually. Mark's communication during the campaign was again exceptional. Consistent, realistic and timely making my decision making that much more easier and informed. Mark also went the extra mile in facilitating viewing of the property (by the ultimate purchaser after numerous visits) outside normal open times and the 2 weeks after the auction. This was a testament to Marks relationship skills as he was able to gain the confidence and respect of the tenants during this process (no mean feet!). I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again and highly recommend him. Well done!.
