Spot on...!

Mark was chosen for his knowledge and experience in the local area. Living in the region gave him a historical advantage over others I interviewed to sell the house. At the end of the day he quoted a sale price with a potential estimated of $100,000 above a competing agent. He delivered on his word and it was sold within two opens. We didn't even get a for sale board up as it was sold that quick.
