Mark is a very astute, knowledgeable agent that accompanies both the buyer and seller through the process. He knows the area very well and has a good gauge on the dynamics of the market. We were buyers, and it was nice to have a professional, friendly touch to the whole process - after looking for a while at the market, we encountered many different agents, but Mark was by far the best !
