Hard working to get result

We found Mark very friendly, an excellent communicator, even when he didn't have a lot of activity to report on, he would still keep us updated. He did try some creative marketing by running an 'open-house' on a vacant block of land and door-knocked the local area. There were limited similar properties to easily predict the sale price in the current market, he ran a marketing campaign to set our expectations for an anticipated sale price. We have gone to contract and are very happy with the outcome.
