Mark scores high praise from me, from carefully explaining the potential property pitfalls in the local area, to assisting with document preparation and even suggesting a decent (cheap) clean-out crew prior to settlement. "Negotiation" got a mid-range mark, as there was no apparent negotiation - Mark took the property to market, and we received an acceptable unconditional offer almost straight away - unfortunately, I didn't see Mark negotiate anything! I can only assume that he entreated potential buyers to make their best offer - but I cannot vouch for any "negotiation" going on in the background. Slightly less than stellar on "Communication" - there was a bit of confusion regarding the receipt of all of our keys, but nothing serious. All in all, an excellent experience, and it is well worth talking to Mark if you are looking at selling.
