I found Mark good to deal with. We were not present in the state during the campaign and sale of our property, and Mark handled everything very well. He is an excellent communicator, and kept us promptly and well informed of everything. He was easy to get in touch with and helpful. He worked hard on our behalf to get the property sold in a relatively short time frame. We did need to revise the price down on what we initially hoped due to the falling property prices in Melbourne. The property did not sell at auction. We were advised to set the post-auction reserve price much lower than we wanted (to assist in the quick sale no doubt), but Mark agreed to set it the higher reserve that we requested. Within a couple of days Mark managed to sell the property for this. The overall sale price was lower than what we originally hoped for but reasonable in view of the current market. Thank you Mark for your help and support during this time, and you certainly get my thumbs up.
