so much enthusiasm is intoxicating!

Boy, we instinctively felt Mark and his team were right for the sale of our long-term investment block, but we were underestimating them! From the get-go they (and mostly him) were in there drilling down to find the most compatible purchasers for us. He looked after our tenants (they have been with us for a long time) with sensitivity not normally found in RE agents (sorry, that's a bit unkind) and even in lockdown, did his best for them. His energy at making sure every buyer was at the Zoom auction and was fully informed was amazing. Coupled with our auctioneer (not everyone gets a celebrity!) being well educated in the qualities of our property meant we got what we believe was a satisfactory and fair result. We wish our purchasers joy in their ownership too. Mark is certainly up to the mark!
