Mark knows the Eastern Suburbs well, both in terms of personal networks and market knowledge. He manages the sale process effectively from beginning to end, from preparing the property, managing contractors, recommending solicitors, through the sale process and execution. He talked me through attendance at inspections, the interest level and concerns of individual potential buyers, and then took time to provide recommendations and his considered rationale at each stage of the process. The price estimates that he provided me at the beginning of the sale process proved to be very close to the end sale price. All in all, he is an effective and knowledgeable real estate agent. He has previously acted for other members of my extended family and their feedback is consistent, and in fact since he sold my property, my parents have appointed him to act for them and are so far happy with his work.
