Mark was fantastic to deal with, right from well before he even listed my property. I was interested in selling for quite some time, yet he never failed to keep in contact, and keep me up to speed with what was happening with the market trends. Nothing was a hassle for Mark, he organised repairs and maintenance to my house, conducted open houses twice a week, as well as conducted private inspections between the bi-weekly opens- anything to get a potential buyer through the door! He even went to check on the house when a tradesperson had left a door open by accident. Mark's communication is on point, and he isn't afraid of a challenging conversation to get the job done. He was always available, and returned calls, texts and emails almost instantly. The detail in his communication when relaying information about potential buyers was second to none. Mark took the time to really understand my needs as a vendor as well. His knowledge of the local area, and ability to pinpoint selling points of my property was also a huge bonus when it came to his negotiating.
