There were numerous variables associated with our property that complicated its sale. To Mark's credit, he used his extensive knowledge of the market to value the property at a price which achieved a nice balance; that is, it attracted interest from prospective buyers but was also reasonable from our perspective. Despite the various challenges that were presented to Mark as the selling agent, he maintained a positive and enthusiastic approach, which made working with him a delight. We were extremely impressed with his commitment through the process and will not hesitate to engage his services for any future property transactions in the Margaret River region.
