I first met Mark Nunn back in 2003 when he was the selling agent for a house that my partner bought. Mark made an impression on us both as a very capable agent.
I was speaking with one of Buxton’s agents at a house inspection and mentioned I was thinking of selling and asked them to ask Mark to give me a call. I got a call the next day and we arranged a meeting to discuss the process. Mark viewed the property and provided us professional guidance and astute advice which included the proposition that an auction sale would be the best way to proceed. Auction day arrived and as Mark had already explained, he is very comfortable with, and enjoys, the auction process. We discovered he is very good at that job. I think I was lucky that the market was going well at the time but, I sincerely believe Mark’s influence as auctioneer brought the very significant and successful result that was achieved.
