Mark (or Marky O as we nicknamed him) provided a more than satisfactory service and despite complexities with a difficult negotiation, his persistence, patience and professionalism shone through during the process. He kept us in the loop at all times and provided us with ongoing guidance from the first offer to final settlement.

We saw a for sale sign on a property and stopped to have a quick look. We contacted Mark to enquire about the property and he was able to organize a viewing for us on very short notice, as we were leaving the next day. I will start off with the not so good thing, (I think he overpriced the value of the house at the start, which meant it took a little longer to sell ????? ) But the overall service and professionalism he gave me can not be questioned, As I live in Adelaide and working full time trying to sell my deceased mothers house was not easy for me. Mark always took my phone call, most of which were after hours, and in the end the house was sold for a good price for the area. Just before settlement he knew I was in Burra for a week to get the house ready for the new owners, Mark made the effort/ time to drop by and see how I was going, He's a great guy.
