Mark was professional, communicative and above all HONEST. The whole team made us feel like we were their only clients, even though we knew that they had many others. The feeling of being more than important to the team was not just put on, to gain our business, but was genuine from the first phone call until our last interaction. Again we will mention the honesty of the team, nothing inflated in the price estimate, to the proffered advice on the proposed purchasers. No heavy sell, to gain our business, quoted costs within a hundred dollars, and extremely sound advice to gain a better than expected sale price. Mark, Lucy, Carly and the backroom team have been nothing short of amazing in the sale of our property, the best we have ever had (we've sold 10, or so, houses over the years).
