I have purchased 1 house from Mark about 12 years ago. Because of the professional attitude from him I have used him twice since to sell 2 of my houses in Bendigo. The house I recently sold was in Mark's hands for 5 days before he had sold it on behalf of me. On a daily basis he kept us informed of where the property was on the market. His knowledge of my property was 2nd to none. At all times I felt he was working for me and not just doing a job to be paid at the end of the transaction. He even has assisted my tenant for a smooth transaction for the new owners. I would highly recommend Mark to act on your behalf in buying or selling a property.
