Our first meeting with Mark he had several attempts at having a go at us for being late. We struggled with this purchase and if it was our first we would not have known any better. We became friends with our new neighbours very quickly who advised us we had paid well over the acceptance price. I understand that this is part of the job of a real estate agent however it is not if he wishes return custom. We even gave Mark a bottle of scotch. We asked several questions which were not answered i.e., how long since the septic had been pumped We also used LJ Hooker for the sale of our house and had nothing but praise for our real estate agent. We would not recommend Mark for further sales etc.
