Mark facilitated post auction negotiations in a professional and friendly manner. We felt at ease at what could have been a stressful and emotional situation. We purchased a home which Mark was the agent for. We only saw the property for the first time on auction day so we did not have a lot of prior engagement with Mark, however Mark was very helpful on the day assiting with settlement terms and alike. In my opinion the agents responsiveness, tone and general attitude should be consistent in all dealings. I have recently bought and sold through two different agencies and the one common point I experienced was the agents were very interested when they needed something however as buyer/vendor the same level of interest was missing when I needed information, advice etc Authentic, credible customer service cannot be turned on/off to suit agent only.
