Mark was friendly, thorough and willing to help wherever he could. Not only with selling our house, but he was also able to guide me with all the hiccups that were associated with the house we were purchasing, even though he had nothing to do with it. Mark was never pushy or big noted himself (different story with the other real estate I had to deal with), Mark made all aspects of selling the house easy and never left any information out. He phoned on a regular basis to touch base and update me on the feedback that he received and gave valuable information where needed or recommended. Mark was available via phone or email. If I had to leave a message, he would always return it within half hour. Mark is very professional, easy to approach and has an excellent knowledge of the industry. He sold our house within 2 days of it going live. He speaks passionately about his job and what he does, he does not lead you on, never big notes himself and he always gave valid advise where required.
