Mark is a lovely person who was honest and upfront at all times. As a client I was probably the most direct client they have had to deal with. Mark was able to work with me and our communication was at all times open. A couple of things that were a little frustrating were from the initial ad stage we requested for changes to be made to the ad and no changes were made. Weekly reports were not sent out initially until we chased them up. We requested Mark to consider a slight discount in his commission due to us not securing the sale price we were after. There was no response to this email for two weeks. We put our property on the market when the market was slowing down so it did take time to sell our property. We received a wonderful gift after settlement which was very much appreciated. Mark and Lesley will be people we will stay in touch with for years to come.
