Mark was referred to me by a neighbour. From the time I met him I felt comfortable and at ease. He was friendly, listened to what I had to say, and I felt positive about proceeding with him. Didn't bother approaching other agents. He was honest, upfront and at no time did I feel that he didn't have my best interests in mind. We worked together well and achieved a result in a very tough market. Even though the final price was below what I had expected and hoped for, this was through not fault of the agent. I believe he did his very best for me and that's all I could have asked. Would certainly recommend. Thank you Mark and all the best.
