I recently purchased a unit in Melbourne city through this real estate agent and his team Daphne in June. It took me over a month to receive the contract which was partially signed by the vendor from these people after multiple emails and calls to follow up. The worse is, the settlement was complete last week and I still have not received the keys from them. He neither turned up at handover for the keys nor answering our phone calls and text messages. I still can't get into my own unit. After few research about his background, it turns out his is not an member of REIV. I have to go down the path and take legal action against him and his team in order to have my keys. Stay away from the fraud!

Always staying positive in selling my property.

I am victim of his false commitment. Once you pay the initial deposit, you will see real colour of him. He will start referring everything towards Vendor is not agreeing on this and that but before that he will assure you vendor will accept and help in settlement process. I ended up paying more to the vendor on agreed amount. Only recommendation stay away and go with reputed company.
