We found Mark very professional and easy to deal with, he made us feel comfortable, he was real, and he wasn’t a typical agent who will just talk and talk and talk. He showed both patience and honesty to us, always answered or returned phone calls and even though the property was a fair distance from his office it wasn’t too much trouble to meet us at a time that suited us.
