When I first met Mark he provided us with previous sales data of our area to give us an estimate on the value of our property. This already was a good sign for me as it gave us a realistic value of our home and would set us up for success with a good sale. Once we signed on with Mark he took care of the advertising, promotional material and communications with people that were interested in the property. He was very easy to communicate with and coordinate inspections. On the opening inspection we had 14 groups of people go through the house and after two weeks we received several serious offers which we were happy to accept as it was exactly what the estimated price was. In summary Mark is honest, realistic on pricing and easy to communicate with. If I have to sell my property again I would strongly consider him again as he clearly cares for his clients and sets them up for success.
