Mark is clearly a seasoned campaigner in the residential sales arena and from the onset provided us with realistic market expectations and sentiment while still allowing us to focus on the strengths of the property to get the sale across the line. We initially listed with a price range higher than Mark recommended and we had to concede defeat as we failed to convert the large interest into bids that were in that range. Once we listed closer to the price range Mark suggested in the first place we soon had several suitors vying for the property. We naturally wonder if we could've saved ourselves a lot of time and simply followed Mark's advice from the get-go. After all, he does this for a living. Additionally it was pleasing to receive phone contact at a minimum weekly interval which he would go over all approaches and inquiries in good depth.
